WeeTV+ is an IPTV/media player app for Android TV, LG webOS and Samsung Tizen. WeeTV+ does not provide or sell its own broadcast content — it's a player that connects to an Xtream Codes/XUI panel or TVHeadend server you already have. This policy explains what personal information the weetvplus.com website and the WeeTV+ app collect, what it's used for, and your rights over it.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following personal information:

  • Device ID — on first launch the app generates/reads a device identifier, used to tie your subscription status to that device and to provide support. The app shows a separate first-run consent screen for this before it's sent.
  • IP address — logged each time your device checks in with our server. Used only for basic technical/operational purposes (abuse prevention, troubleshooting).
  • Email address (optional) — only if you choose to provide one when requesting a subscription on the "Activate your TV" page. Used only to contact you about that request (e.g. to arrange payment).

2. Information we do not collect

We do not collect: name, username/alias, date of birth, age, gender, phone number, postal address, other geo/location data, payment data, calendar entries, a profile ID beyond the device ID above, an overview of accounts created, an overview of installed apps, voice recordings, other biometric data, recordings/photos taken by a smart TV camera, TV viewing behavior, app usage analytics, web browsing history, other behavioral data, network name (Wi-Fi SSID), browser bookmarks, other network device information, individual configuration data, information about externally stored data, third-party contact details, MAC address, serial number, or Netflix ESN.

The Xtream Codes/XUI or TVHeadend server address and login credentials you enter directly in the app are stored on your device only, to connect to your own panel — they are never sent to or stored on weetvplus.com's servers.

3. How we use this information

  • To tie subscription/license status to the correct device
  • To review subscription requests and contact you to arrange payment
  • To prevent abuse of the service and investigate technical issues

4. Storage & third parties

Collected information is stored in a database on our own server and kept for as long as needed for support and subscription management. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for advertising or analytics. The website loads Google Fonts to render its typeface, which causes your browser to request font files directly from Google's servers — this only happens when browsing the website, not while using the app.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information stored about your device by contacting us using the details below.

6. Children's privacy

WeeTV+ is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy
